Each month, the Landscape Committee, General Manager, and O'Connell Landscape's account supervisor and irrigation technician conduct a walkthrough to create a punchlist, identify and organize future landscape projects, track progress on pending replacements, select new monument color as needed, etc.

Executive Session is closed to Members. Civil Code requires the following business be conducted in a closed session: litigation, legal advice, payment plans, delinquencies, foreclosures, disciplinary hearings, personnel issues, formation/termination of contracts, and disability requests.
Homeowners are encouraged to attend Open Session at 6:15 PM.

This meeting is open the Membership. Homeowners wishing to address the Board are encouraged to attend. An Open Forum is held at the beginning of each meeting, starting at 6:15 PM, to give members 3-5 minutes each to address the Board of Directors.
