Each month, the Landscape Committee, General Manager, and O'Connell Landscape's account supervisor and irrigation technician conduct a walkthrough to create a punchlist, identify and organize future landscape projects, track progress on pending replacements, select new monument color as needed, etc.

Prizes await our 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners! All ages are welcome! Play as a fun activity for the family, individually or for couples on date night! (*Please note: To keep it fair so there can only be one winner of a prize per household, players of the same residence must play as a team or only one individual can play to represent their household.) We look forward to having more Trivia Tuesdays down the road as a fun way to fill in the gaps between our larger in person events. Executive Session is closed to Members. Civil Code requires the following business be conducted in a closed session: litigation, legal advice, payment plans, delinquencies, foreclosures, disciplinary hearings, personnel issues, formation/termination of contracts, and disability requests.
