Executive Session is closed to Members and runs from 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM.

Civil Code requires the following business be conducted in a closed session: litigation, legal advice, payment plans, delinquencies, foreclosures, disciplinary hearings, personnel issues, formation/termination of contracts, and disability requests.   Homeowners are encouraged to attend Open Session, which begins at 6:15 PM.  

 

Each month, the Landscape Committee, General Manager, and O'Connell Landscape's account supervisor and irrigation technician conduct a walkthrough to create a punchlist, identify and organize future landscape projects, track progress on pending replacements, select new monument color as needed, etc.
