The Parking Committee meets every other Tuesday to review parking permit applications, extended safelist requests, and other matters pertaining to vehicle storage and parking.

We are pleased to announce that we have three (3) candidates running for the two (2) seats on Board of Directors this year: Brett Faggionato, KT Handley, and TJ Singh.

 

Please join us at the Great Room Clubhouse at 16601 Sonora Street, Tustin 92782 on Tuesday, May 3rd from 5:30-7:00 PM to meet your candidates for the Columbus Grove Board of Directors. Candidate’s Night is an opportunity for candidates to share how their contributions will benefit the community. This is not a debate forum; instead, it is an opportunity to assist members in choosing who they believe are the best candidates for the Board of Directors. As such, we encourage you to bring your blank ballot with you, so you can make an informed decision after having the opportunity to get to know your candidates.

Candidate’s Night will begin with the candidates introducing themselves and providing a short summary of their qualifications. Prior to the meeting, homeowners can submit questions for the candidates to Management by emailing sdavoodian@powerstonepm.com. Questions should generally be directed to all three panelists as to avoid singling anyone out. We will do our best to ask all questions submitted within the time allotted. After the Q&A has concluded, all candidates will be given an opportunity to provide a closing statement. Light refreshments will be provided during the event. Any member who attends the Candidate’s Night and submits their completed ballot that evening will be entered into a raffle. Three (3) $100 gift cards will be awarded at the conclusion of the event.

The purpose of the Ad-Hoc Committee is to identify options for the replacement of the clubhouse and lobby furniture; once the Committee is ready to make a recommendation to the Board, the matter will be added to a future meeting agenda for board review and approval.

Each month, the Landscape Committee, General Manager, and O'Connell Landscape's account supervisor and irrigation technician conduct a walkthrough to create a punchlist, identify and organize future landscape projects, track progress on pending replacements, select new monument color as needed, etc.

Executive Session is closed to Members. Civil Code requires the following business be conducted in a closed session: litigation, legal advice, payment plans, delinquencies, foreclosures, disciplinary hearings, personnel issues, formation/termination of contracts, and disability requests.

 

Homeowners are encouraged to attend Open Session at 6:15 PM.

This meeting is open the Membership. Homeowners wishing to address the Board are encouraged to attend. An Open Forum is held at the beginning of each meeting to give members 3-5 minutes each to address the Board of Directors.
