Reconvened Election/ Annual Meeting
Wednesday, June 8th, 2022, 5:30pm to 7:15pm at Great Room Clubhouse, 16601 Sonora Street, Tustin 92782
Columbus Grove Homeowners,
 
During the Annual Meeting yesterday evening, the Association failed to reach the 219 ballots needed to achieve quorum. However, the majority of the members in attendance voted to reconvene the Annual Meeting on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 5:30 PM for a second attempt at quorum. We will need an additional 66 ballots to accomplish this.
 
Thus, if you have not yet done so, please take this opportunity to complete and submit your ballot.  If you did not receive your ballot or have misplaced it, a unit owner may request a replacement ballot from The Ballot Box by calling (888) 558-2887 or emailing info@ballotboxservices.com. Extra ballots will also be available at the Reconvened Meeting.
 
For those wishing to save on postage, you do have the option of dropping off your ballot with Management at the Grove House located at 16601 Sonora Street, Tustin during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 8-5 and Saturday/Sunday from 10-5.
 
Thank you to the 153 units that have submitted their ballot so far. We appreciate the efforts of the Membership!
Landscape Committee Monthly Walkthrough
Tuesday, June 14th, 2022, 8:30am to 9:30am
Each month, the Landscape Committee, General Manager, and O'Connell Landscape's account supervisor and irrigation technician conduct a walkthrough to create a punchlist, identify and organize future landscape projects, track progress on pending replacements, select new monument color as needed, etc.
Parking Committee Meeting
Tuesday, June 14th, 2022, 4pm to 5pm at Zoom Meeting
The Parking Committee meets every other Tuesday to review parking permit applications, extended safelist requests, and other matters pertaining to vehicle storage and parking.
Executive Session Meeting of the Board of Directors
Wednesday, June 15th, 2022, 5:30pm to 6:15pm at Great Room Clubhouse, 16601 Sonora Street, Tustin 92782
Executive Session is closed to Members. Civil Code requires the following business be conducted in a closed session: litigation, legal advice, payment plans, delinquencies, foreclosures, disciplinary hearings, personnel issues, formation/termination of contracts, and disability requests.
 
Homeowners are encouraged to attend Open Session at 6:15 PM.
 
General Session Meeting of the Board of Directors
Wednesday, June 15th, 2022, 6:15pm to 8pm at Great Room Clubhouse, 16601 Sonora Street, Tustin 92782
This meeting is open the Membership. Homeowners wishing to address the Board are encouraged to attend. An Open Forum is held at the beginning of each meeting to give members 3-5 minutes each to address the Board of Directors.
