Join us on Saturday, June 7 in the Great Room at 16601 Sonora Street from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM for a CPR & First Aid course taught by OC Safety. The course covers adult, child and infant CPR, basic and emergency first aid, conscious and unconscious choking, and use of an AED to meet all federal regulations and OSHA guidelines. Typically, this course is taught in a classroom setting; however, we are bringing it onsite to Columbus Grove as a special treat for interested residents and owners. Please note, this class is suited to individuals aged 14+.
 
Completing the course will give you both a 2-year certification and the vital knowledge to save lives in times of crisis and emergency. Whether you need to fulfill an OSHA-mandated job requirement for safety training or are a concerned citizen who wants to better prepare yourself for anything that life throws at you, CPR & First Aid Training from OC Safety is the perfect way to improve your life-saving skills.
 
Space is limited, so no more than two registrants per household may be accepted at this time. Please do not RSVP unless you are confident that you will attend; no shows will be restricted from RSVPing for future events when space is limited, as it deprives another resident of the opportunity to attend. 
 
Please note, if you registered and failed to show up for a CPR Training in the past two years, you may not re-register for this course. If we receive a registration from a prior no-show, it will be rejected to prioritize those who have not yet had the opportunity to register for a previous class. Instead, your name can be added to the waitlist in case there is still room one week prior to the event.

 

 

Executive Session is closed to Members and runs from 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM.

Civil Code requires the following business be conducted in a closed session: litigation, legal advice, payment plans, delinquencies, foreclosures, disciplinary hearings, personnel issues, formation/termination of contracts, and disability requests.   Homeowners are encouraged to attend Open Session, which begins at 6:15 PM.

Each month, the Landscape Committee, General Manager, and O'Connell Landscape's account supervisor and irrigation technician conduct a walkthrough to create a punchlist, identify and organize future landscape projects, track progress on pending replacements, select new monument color as needed, etc.
