Great Room Clubhouse Reservations
All applications are reviewed to ensure the member is in good standing with no delinquencies or violations in accordance with the Facility Rental Guidelines.
 
Only one reservation is accepted per day, regardless of duration. The Great Room may not be reserved less than fourteen days or more than than six months prior to your event. 
 
No holds may be requested; the first eligible member to submit their application with the usage fee will be granted use for the day. 
 
To book, please select your desired date followed by the start time (including set-up). If a date is highlighted BLUE, it is unavailable.
